Andrii Borysovychy Yermak is a Ukrainian politician, lawyer, film producer, head of the Office of President Volodymyr Zelensky (since February 11, 2020).

Education
In 1995, he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, received a master's degree in international private law and a diploma of an English language translator. In the same year, he received a Certificate of the Right to Practice Law.
Career
From 1991 to 1995, Yermak was a legal assistant and lawyer at the Proksen law firm, which received a license for legal practice No. 1 in Ukraine. Yermak advised many large international companies that were beginning to cooperate with Ukraine at that time.
In 1995, together with partners, he founded CJSC Legal Service "B. E. R. S. and partners". The company began to deal with new areas of law for Ukraine (commercial law, anti-dumping investigations, financial law, intellectual property). Among its clients are poet, composer, journalist, Member of Parliament Yevhen Rybchynskyi, the Green Grey band.
In 1997, he founded the International Law Firm for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright. The company was one of the first to provide legal support to TV channels and media groups. Among its clients are Inter Media Group, Disney, Pixar, Universal. Yermak, in addition to consulting many large Ukrainian and international companies, collaborated with representatives of art, show business and sports.
In the second half of the 2010s, he started a production business in the film industry, became the founder of the production company Garnet International Media Group, was the producer of the films Правило бою (The Fight Rule) and Межа (Border).
In 2006-2012, Yermak was an assistant to a Member of the Verkhovna Rada from the Party of Regions, an Olympic champion and three-time world champion in freestyle wrestling Elbrus Tedeyev.
From May 2019 to February 2020, he worked as an assistant to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
On February 11, 2020, Zelenskyy appointed Andrii Yermak as the head of the President's Office, replacing Andrii Bohdan.

Scandals
In March 2020, Geo Leros, an MP from the Servant of the People party, published recordings in which the brother of the head of the President's Office, Andrii Yermak, Denys, allegedly discusses with various candidates how much their positions cost and how to share profits. Then the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Office Serhii Trofimov reported that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had reacted painfully to the scandal with the brother of the head of the Office. In November 2021, the State Bureau of Investigation notified Geo Leros (already non-affiliated) of suspicion of refusing to refute the accusations against the brother of the head of the Presidential Office Andrii Yermak, Denys, of "selling" positions in government bodies.
In November 2021, the former head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vasyl Burba stated that the order to postpone the final stage of the operation to detain members of the Wagner private military company on July 23, 2020 was given by the head of the Presidential Office Andrii Yermak on behalf of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. At the same time, Bellingcat investigator Christo Grozev said that he had not found confirmation of rumors that the head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, had warned Aleksandr Lukashenko about the arrival of Wagnerites in Belarus. In June 2020, Zelenskyy said that Ukraine had been drawn into a special operation with Wagnerites by other countries.
