Education:
In 2005, he graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" with a degree in computer science.
Also in 2005, he graduated from the International University of Finance with a degree in finance.
Career
From 2006 to 2008, he worked as an auditor at KPMG Audit CJSC.
In 2008-2012, he worked as an economist in the analytical department of Dragon Asset Management LLC.
In August 2009, he was appointed Deputy Director General for Economic Security of the Karlivka Machine-Building Plant PJSC, and from September 2009 to 2012 - Director General of this enterprise.
In 2012-2018, he was an investment manager at System Capital Management of businessman Rinat Akhmetov.
In 2018-2019, he served as a member of the supervisory board of Lemtrans LLC.
In August 2021, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Kamyshin as the provisional chairman of the board of the Ukrzaliznytsia joint-stock company, and in October 2021 - the chairman of the board of the company.
At the end of February 2023, Kamyshin announced that he had resigned as the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia and planned to head the European integration office of Ukrzaliznytsia in Europe.
On March 21, the Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Kamyshin from the post of the chairman of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia, on the same day the Verkhovna Rada appointed him Minister for Strategic Industries.
