The Shevchenkivskyi District Court classified its decision to arrest the property of businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi.
Relevant court decisions are not reflected in the register of court decisions, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
On September 6, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court made a decision regarding the arrest of Kolomoiskyi's property.
The court partially granted the request of the prosecutor and arrested part of Kolomoiskyi's property.
The decision was made by judge Olena Mielieshak.
However, the court decision is not available for review.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv arrested the property of businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi.
The list of arrested property is unknown, as the relevant court decision is not yet available in the register.
Kolomoiskyi's lawyer filed an appeal against the arrest of property.
Earlier, the High Anti-Corruption Court refused to arrest the assets of businessman Ihor Kolomoiskyi, who is under arrest in two cases.
Kolomoiskyi was remanded in custody and the bail was increased 8 times to UAH 4 billion.
