The Ministry of Digital Transformation has launched the booking of employees liable for military service on the Diia portal.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Innovations, Development of Education, Science and Technologies - Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced this on his Telegram channel, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"We have launched one of the most anticipated services in Diia - electronic booking. Starting today, heads of companies that are critically important for the economy of Ukraine or work for the needs of the Defense Forces will be able to book their employees in a few clicks on the Diia portal," he said.
Fedorov said that in order to book employees, you need to submit an application on the portal. The system will automatically check whether they meet the requirements and send the result for each employee to their personal account. If the answer is positive, the employee's information will be updated in the Reserve+ application.
Fedorov noted that previously, booking an employee lasted for weeks: an employer collected papers, signatures and waited for the result.
"We have automated all possible processes, removed the human factor and made the process transparent and fast. During beta testing, we checked how the service works, the entire process of electronic booking takes up to an hour," he noted.
Now the service is available for critical enterprises, further work will be done to expand the categories of enterprises.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, according to media, the Cabinet of Ministers has booked all employees of 133 public organizations that receive foreign grants from mobilization, recognizing them as "critically important." At the same time, representatives of critical infrastructure are experiencing difficulties with booking and a shortage of workers due to mobilization.
In July, the Cabinet of Ministers allowed the interdepartmental working group on the recruitment of employees of state authorities to initiate an increase in the volume of their booking.
In June, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the terms of the current booking of persons liable for military service by three months.
In April, the Verkhovna Rada obliged the Cabinet of Ministers to review the procedure for the booking of persons liable for military service.
