British Council guard injured in russian attack on Kyiv

Due to the shelling of Kyiv by the aggressor state of russia on the night of August 28, one of the guards of the British Council was injured and is currently hospitalized.

The British Council reported this on X.

"Following last night's attack on Kyiv, our office has been severely damaged and is closed to visitors until further notice. Sadly, one of our guards was injured and is now in hospital. While responses may be delayed, our work with Ukrainian partners in education and culture continues."

Recall that the British Council building was damaged in the center of Kyiv due to a russian missile attack on the night of August 28.
