Russian dictator vladimir putin is set to agree to a temporary ceasefire proposal.
US President Donald Trump said this in an interview with journalist Sharyl Attkisson on Friday, March 14.
Trump noted that the ceasefire idea is currently progressing well. According to him, the Ukrainian side has agreed to the arrangements, and now it is necessary to reach the same agreement with russia. According to the US President, dictator putin will agree to a truce.
"I think he is going to agree. I think I know him quite well, and I think he is set to agree," Trump said.
In addition, the US President said that more will be known on Monday, March 17, about the ceasefire of the russian federation against Ukraine. Trump reiterated that he considers the current result "good" and that everything is "going well."
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 11, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine accepts the US proposal to establish a complete ceasefire, not only regarding missiles, drones and bombs, not only in the Black Sea, but also along the entire front line.
On March 14, Donald Trump said that he had allegedly appealed to russian dictator vladimir putin regarding the Ukrainian Defense Forces grouping located in the Kursk Oblast of the aggressor country of russia.
