As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on February 15, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski said that Macron was calling European leaders to an urgent summit in Paris.

Recall, the day before, the U.S. President's special envoy for russia and Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, said that Europe is unlikely to have a place at the negotiating table regarding russia's war against Ukraine.

We also reported that China stated that Europe should become a participant in negotiations to end the war, as it is of crucial importance.
