The russian dictator vladimir putin wants to negotiate with the United States about the fate of Ukraine without Ukraine and the fate of Europe without Europe.
The head of the Presidential Office, Andrii Yermak, reported this on his Telegram channel on Friday, January 24.
Yermak noted that Putin seems to be showing readiness to negotiate with the U.S., but on his own terms. The russian dictator needs to be returned to the real world so that he understands that this will not happen, the head of the President's Office emphasized.
"putin is trying to promote the idea of negotiations with the U.S. But he has a condition: he wants to agree on the fate of Europe - without Europe. And he wants to talk about Ukraine - without Ukraine. This will not happen. putin needs to return to reality himself for a long time, or he will be returned. This does not work in the modern world," Yermak wrote.
