Former Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mykola Zlochevskyi was included in the register of corrupt officials.
The relevant information is contained in the register of corrupt officials on the NACP website, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

He was included in the register for abuse of influence (Part 1 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), as well as for offering, promising or providing an illegal benefit to a person who offers or promises (agrees) for such a benefit or for providing such a benefit to a third person to influence the decision-making of a person authorized to perform state or local government functions.
It is also indicated that Zlochevskyi's name was included in the register not by chance, since he was found guilty of committing a crime provided for in Part 3 of Article 27 Part 1 of Article 369-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, a fine of 4,000 (four thousand) non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, in the amount of UAH 68,000 (sixty-eight thousand), was imposed.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the "King of Bribes" Zlochevskyi was removed from the wanted list. The High Anti-Corruption Court approved a plea agreement between the prosecutor and former Minister of Ecology Mykola Zlochevskyi and sentenced him to a fine of UAH 68,000 for bribing the former director of the NACB Artem Sytnyk and the former head of the SACPO Nazar Kholodnytskyi to close the case against him. Zlochevskyi was declared wanted in 2020. This information was published in the wanted database of the Ministry of Interior Affairs in the list of persons hiding from the authorities.
