DPRK makes new statement regarding "rumors" about sending troops to russia

North Korea's Deputy Foreign Minister Kim Jong Gyu said on October 25 that if "rumors" about sending North Korean troops to russia are true, then such an action, according to him, complies with the norms of international law.

It was reported by the country's state news agency KCNA.

"I paid attention to the version about sending the troops of the Korean People's Army to Russia, which the world media use to incite public opinion," he said.

Kim stated that his department is not directly related to the affairs of the Ministry of Defense and there is no need to separately confirm such information, but added:

"If there is such a case that the world media is talking about, then I think that it will be an act that complies with the norms of international law. It is obvious that there will be forces that want to call it illegal, I think," said the deputy head of the DPRK Foreign Ministry.

At the same time, the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, with the help of the interception of the conversation of the russian military, found out that the russian occupiers are preparing for the reception and distribution of military personnel of the DPRK. It is planned that for every 30 foreign soldiers, 1 translator will be attached, as well as 3 soldiers of the russian armed forces.

Earlier, the Defense Intelligence informed that the first military units from North Korea arrived in the Kursk Oblast of the aggressor country of russia on October 23. In total, the DPRK transferred 12,000 of its troops to the russian federation.

Earlier, the intelligence of South Korea published satellite images of the movement of North Korean troops to russia.
