At 6:45 p.m., a working dinner will be held in the NATO-Ukraine format, to which media representatives will not be invited.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 16, President Zelenskyy presented the Plan for Ukraine's victory in the war against the russian federation.

Recall that the plan presented by Zelenskyy provides for the continuation of the operations of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the territory of russia in order to prevent buffer zones on the territory of Ukraine.

The plan also provides for the lifting of restrictions from Ukraine on strikes by Western long-range weapons on the territory of russia.
