The Victory Plan of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy provides for the continuation of the operations of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the territory of russia in order to prevent buffer zones on the territory of Ukraine.
Zelenskyy said this while presenting the Victory Plan in the Verkhovna Rada, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, he said that the second point of the plan is defense, which involves the irreversible strengthening of Ukrainian defense against the aggressor.
"The key to the implementation of this second point of the Victory Plan is the successful continuation of the operations of the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine in designated areas of enemy territory in order to prevent buffer zones on our land," he said.
The victory plan also provides for the irreversible strengthening of the positions of the Defense and Security Forces of Ukraine and the destruction of russia's offensive potential on the occupied territory of Ukraine.
It also envisages the assistance of partners in equipping reserve brigades for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on Wednesday, October 16, Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan for Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada.
The first point of the plan envisages inviting Ukraine to NATO now.
