"Ukraine will win this war. And the United States will continue to stand beside them every step of the way," Biden emphasized.
The US president also released a video recording of the visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the United States.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 26, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with U.S. President Joe Biden at the White House and presented him with Ukraine's Victory Plan.
Also on September 26, Zelenskyy thanked the U.S. for the decision to provide defense aid to Ukraine in the total amount of USD 7.9 billion and the introduction of additional sanctions against russia.
On September 29, U.S. presidential candidate Donald Trump said that he would support Ukraine if he wins the election.
