The situation in the south of Ukraine remains tense, as the russian occupation forces do not stop their assaults, but the enemy has somewhat reoriented its efforts.
Nataliya Humeniuk, head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine, said this on the FREEDOM TV channel.
"For example, if we talk about the Zaporizhzhia axis in our operational zone, then the enemy's efforts here have been moved in the direction of the Donetsk Region - Staromayorske. There, the most assaults of the past day - eight. And once they still dared to check the density of the defense near Robotyne. On the bridgehead of the left bank the enemy tried to storm four times in the Kherson axis. However, the results were the same: minus 60-70% of the personnel," she commented.
Humeniuk noted that the enemy is having problems with the formation of assault groups.
"We continue to look for units that are ready to form such assault groups. Because even with the presence of such a large number of manpower, there are problems with the formation of assault units," said the head of the Joint Coordination Press Center of the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, British intelligence previously explained why the russian occupation forces on the left bank of the Dnieper are unable to counter Ukrainian FPV drones and suffer significant losses in military equipment in the Krynky sector due to a lack of electronic warfare equipment.
Meanwhile, russian troops are not giving up their attempts to knock out Ukrainian units from their occupied positions in the Kherson axis.
