Former Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Chernyshov and his wife own 4 apartments in Kyiv and one in Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk Region).
This is evidenced by his declaration for 2025.
According to the document, the former Deputy Prime Minister himself owns a 208.7-square-meter apartment in Kyiv, and his wife Svitlana Chernyshova owns three apartments in Kyiv with an area of 41.9 square meters, 42 square meters and 47.1 square meters, as well as an apartment in Nikopol with an area of 45.9 square meters.
Svitlana Chernyshova also rents a 939.1 sq. m. house in Kozyn (Kyiv Region) from an individual Anatolii Shapovalov.
Among his movable property, Chernyshov declared 9 watches of elite brands (Rolex, Cartier, Patek Philippe, A. Lange & Sohne, Ulysse Nardin) in his possession and 4 watches in the possession of his wife.
The family's car fleet consists of one car, a 2020 Toyota Land Cruiser owned by his wife.
Chernyshov owns 9,625 government bonds (their purchase is declared in 2025), and his wife owns 100% of Am Properties Group (Kyiv).
In 2025, Oleksii Chernyshov received UAH 9.2 million in income from the redemption of government bonds, UAH 6.028 million in interest from bank deposits, UAH 747,000 in interest from government bonds, and UAH 822,300 in salary as Deputy Prime Minister.
Svitlana Chernyshova received UAH 2.354 million in income from entrepreneurial activities, UAH 683 in salary at the Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and UAH 27,000 in fees or royalties at the Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
Oleksii Chernyshov has declared UAH 53.1 million, EUR 101,500, CHF 46,300 and USD 992 in his bank accounts, while his wife has UAH 657,400, EUR 3,400 and USD 3,300. Cash in the amount of USD 77,000, UAH 75,000, EUR 13,600 and CHF 1,040 was also declared as joint property.
The declaration also includes expenses for lawyers in the amount of UAH 2.19 million, as well as a bail of UAH 10 million paid by Svitlana Chernyshova under the decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Chernyshov, who is a defendant in the case of abuse of office and corruption in the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories, called former head of the President's Office Andrii Yermak and businessman Timur Mindich his comrades, but noted that he is not in touch with them now.
Chernyshov's wife likely wants a divorce and has filed a lawsuit to divide property.
Oleksii Chernyshov was served with suspicion of illicit enrichment and involvement in a corruption scheme in the energy sector in November 2025.
Chernyshov was dismissed from the post of Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of National Unity in July 2025 as a result of the resignation of the government of Denys Shmyhal.
