The wife of former Vice Prime Minister Oleksii Chernyshov likely wants a divorce and has filed a lawsuit to divide property.
This is evidenced by the court registry, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Svitlana Chernyshova filed a lawsuit with the Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv. She is asking to divide the spouses' property.

Oleksii Chernyshov is the defendant in this case, his wife is the plaintiff. At the moment, the court composition has been assigned.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, former Vice Prime Minister Chernyshov was suspected of illegal enrichment and involvement in a corruption scheme in the energy sector.
On November 10, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) published part of the audio recordings as part of the investigation into a large-scale corruption scheme in the energy sector, codenamed "Midas." According to NABU and SAPO, the main area of the suspects' activity was the systematic receipt of illegal benefits from Energoatom's counterparties in the amount of 10% to 15% of the value of contracts. Recall, searches were conducted at the residence of businessman and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio, associate of President Volodymyr Zelenskyyy, Tymur Mindich, former Minister of Energy, Minister of Justice Herman Halushchenko, and at Energoatom.
