United States Attorney General Pam Bondi has released a list of 300 politicians and prominent figures named in the cases of the late American financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted of sexual crimes. It was reported by the New York Post.
The US Attorney General's Office noted that they had published all the documents in the Epstein case that the Department of Justice was obliged to disclose
"Among the 300 names listed are President Trump, Barack and Michelle Obama, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, Bill Cosby, Robert De Niro, and Bill and Hillary Clinton. They also included Prince Harry, Woody Allen, Kamala Harris, Mark Zuckerberg, Bruce Springsteen, Elon Musk, Pope John Paul II, Nancy Pelosi, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (Democrat, New York), Bono, Beyoncé and others," the statement said.
At the same time, the presence of names in the files does not mean involvement in violations of the law or even direct contact with Epstein. The US Department of Justice emphasized that some names were mentioned "in parts of the document (including press reports) that, at first glance, have no connection to the Epstein and Maxwell cases."
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 30, the US Department of Justice published more than three million additional pages under the Epstein Files Transparency Act.
Also, in new materials released by the US Department of Justice in the case of American financier Jeffrey Epstein, he is characterized as a "wealth manager" of russian dictator vladimir putin.
Epstein also maintained contacts with russian special services and systematically collected dirt on well-known people.
