Member of the Verkhovna Rada, President of the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons in PACE Oleksii Honcharenko said that Ukraine and the aggressor country russia allegedly have an agreement on the introduction of an energy truce, but there is no date for its start. Honcharenko wrote about this on his Telegram channel on Thursday, January 29.

"There is an agreement on an energy truce. BUT!!! There is no start date for this truce. Knowing the Russians, they will set the date from March 15. That's when all the frosts will be over," the MP emphasized.

Recall that this morning, russian propaganda resources have already written that there are allegedly instructions not to strike at Ukraine's energy facilities. There is currently no official confirmation of these statements.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 23, the Financial Times, citing informed sources, said, that Ukraine, together with the United States, are planning to discuss with russia the idea of a so-called energy truce.
As a reminder, on March 25, 2025, following the US negotiations with Ukraine and the aggressor country russia in Saudi Arabia, all parties agreed to ensure safe navigation in the Black Sea and to introduce a prohibition of strikes on energy infrastructure.
