NABU summons Mindich for questioning 5 times

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau summoned Timur Mindich for interrogation 5 times, but he never came.

The NABU has announced this, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The last time Mindich was summoned for questioning was on December 23.

"In accordance with the requirements of Articles 133, 135 and 137 of the CPC of Ukraine, you, Mindich Timur Mykhailovych, are summoned on December 23, 2025 at 9 a.m. to the detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine Zelenka M.V. at the address: Kyiv, 3 Denysa Monastyrskoho Str., to conduct procedural actions against you and with your participation in the status of a suspect in criminal proceedings dated 08/21/2025, namely: delivery of procedural documents and other procedural actions," the NABU summons reads.

At the same time, Mindich has never arrived at the summons.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, businessman Timur Mindich, a defendant in the Energoatom corruption case, stated that journalists organized a broad information campaign against him and made him the culprit in everything. On November 10, NABU detectives searched the homes of businessman and co-owner of Kvartal 95 studio Timur Mindich, Justice Minister Herman Halushchenko, and Energoatom. On December 1, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) imposed a preventive measure in the form of custody on businessman and co-owner of Kvartal 95 Timur Mindich.
