The High Anti-Corruption Court has allowed an investigation in absentia against Timur Mindich.
The NABU has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The decision of the investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court of 17.12.2025 granted permission to conduct a special pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings against the suspects: Mindich Timur Mykhailovych, born on 19.09.1979, who is suspected of committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 255, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 3 of Article 209, Part 1 of Article 344 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Tsukerman Oleksandr Davydovych, born on 07.05.1964, who is suspected of committing criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 255, Part 3 of Article 27, Part 4 of Article 28, Part 3 of Article 209 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, businessman Timur Mindich, a defendant in the Energoatom corruption case, stated that journalists organized a broad information campaign against him and made him the culprit in everything. On November 10, NABU detectives searched the homes of businessman and co-owner of Kvartal 95 studio Timur Mindich, Justice Minister Herman Halushchenko, and Energoatom. On December 1, the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) imposed a preventive measure in the form of custody on businessman and co-owner of Kvartal 95 Timur Mindich.
