Since the beginning of the counteroffensive actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dobropillia sector, the losses of the army of the aggressor country russia amounted to 13,000 people.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine General Oleksandr Syrskyi has stated this.

He said that he spoke via video link at a meeting of the European Union Military Committee chaired by General Sean Clancy. During the meeting, the general spoke about the situation on the front line.

"The operational and strategic situation remains difficult. The enemy continues to strike at populated areas, energy infrastructure facilities and intensifies offensive actions along the contact line," Syrskyi wrote.

According to him, since the beginning of the year, the occupiers have launched more than 112,000 Shahed-type attack drones in Ukraine. Their main targets were residential buildings and civilian infrastructure.

Syrskyi emphasized that despite the pressure from the russians, Ukrainian forces managed to conduct counter-offensive actions in the Dobropillia direction between late August and October this year. As a result of the actions of the Ukrainian military, the occupiers lost more than 13,000 people killed and wounded. More than 340 square kilometers of territory were liberated.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, earlier today, on November 21, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed Ukrainians, outlining the main challenges and issues related to the peace process.

The President also called for an end to "shit" and political games, as the state must continue to work effectively in such a difficult period.
