Mindich not put on wanted list

Businessman Tymur Mindich is not wanted by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) or any other wanted list.

This is evidenced by data from the NABU and the wanted database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

There is no wanted list for Mindich's surname.

Mindich is also missing from the NABU website in the wanted section.

Thus, Mindich is not being wanted and is not wanted.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the mother of sanctioned businessman Tymur Mindich, Stella Mindich, bought three apartments in Kyiv in 2020-2023. On November 10, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) published part of the audio recordings as part of the investigation into a large-scale corruption scheme in the energy sector, codenamed "Midas".

According to NABU and SAPO, the main area of ​​​​the suspects' activities was the systematic receipt of illegal benefits from Energoatom's counterparties in the amount of 10% to 15% of the value of contracts. Within the framework of the case, searches were carried out, in particular, at the residence of businessman and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio, Tymur Mindich. Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that he had not communicated with the co-owner of Kvartal 95, Tymur Mindich, since the beginning of the investigation into corruption schemes in the energy sector. Zelenskyy also signed a decree on the introduction of sanctions against Tymur Mindich and Oleksandr Tsukerman, defendants in the case of the corruption scheme at Energoatom. Both, according to the decree, are citizens of Israel.

At the same time, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine stated that Mindich had issued a departure from Ukraine in accordance with the norms of current legislation and left the country on legal grounds.
