On the evening of November 6, the russian occupiers attacked Sumy. An enemy strike drone hit a busy road in the Kovpakivskyi district of the city. This was reported by the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, on Telegram.
As a result of the enemy strike, one of the cars on the road was damaged.
"A hostile UAV was recorded hitting the road surface in the Kovpakivskyi district of the city of Sumy. A car was damaged at the scene," Kobzar wrote.
Footage released by the authorities captured the moment of the strike: the russian drone fell right in the middle of the road, next to a large stream of cars.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of October 31, eleven people were injured as a result of a hostile drone attack in the Sumy Region, among them four children.
Also on the evening of October 30, the city of Sumy came under targeted attack: in one hour, the russians sent 10 drones to the settlement, which hit directly into residential infrastructure.
Also on the night of Monday, November 3, the military of the aggressor country of russia attacked the Trostianets community of the Sumy Region. As a result of the shelling, one person was killed and there were injured.
