In the evening of October 30, Sumy came under a targeted attack: in one hour, russians launched 10 drones at the city, which hit residential infrastructure directly. The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, and the acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, reported this on Telegram.

Multi-storey buildings and private houses have been hit, resulting in injuries among residents, and rescue services are working at the sites of destruction. Thus, Kobzar emphasizes that russia launched 10 drones at Sumy in an hour.

"The strikes were aimed at civilian infrastructure. There are hits on a nine-story building and a two-story residential building in different parts of the city," the statement said.

It is also noted that two victims from the high-rise building - a minor girl and an elderly woman - have already been provided with assistance on the spot.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in Sumy, an enemy drone attacked one of the city's fueling stations, 4 people were reported injured.
