According to The Moscow Times, Reuters reported this with reference to its own sources.
As a result of the drone attack, a fire broke out at the enterprise. Both primary oil refining units were shut down due to the fire. The first, AVT-11, has a capacity of 18,900 tons per day, the second, AVT-9, has a capacity of 4,700 tons per day.
