In one of regions of Ukraine, power outages recorded due to russian shelling - Ukrenergo

As a result of a night drone attack by strike drones on energy facilities on the night of September 24, consumers in one of the regions are without power as of the morning. Ukrenergo reports this on Telegram.

It is reported that the regional energy company's specialists began emergency restoration work as soon as the security situation allowed. Currently, the restoration of power supply is ongoing, and Ukrenergo also informs that energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to all consumers as soon as possible.

"Electricity consumption has increased. Today, September 24, as of 9:30 am, it was 3.6% higher than the previous day - Tuesday. The reason for such changes is cloudy weather in the western, northern and part of the central regions. This causes low efficiency of household solar power plants and a corresponding increase in energy consumption from the general network," the message says.

It is noted that yesterday, September 23, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening. It was at the same level as the maximum of the previous day - on Monday, September 22.

Ukrenergo reminds that the Ukrainian power system is currently continuing to recover after massive russian missile and drone attacks. Emergency restoration work at energy facilities is ongoing.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in the Chernihiv Region, as a result of a drone attack, settlements were left without electricity, and infrastructure was destroyed.

On the night of September 14, 945 consumers were left without electricity due to explosions on the railway in the Fastiv district of the Kyiv Region.
