US President Donald Trump's Special Envoy Keith Kellogg said that the "egregious attacks" of the russian federation, such as the one on the night of August 28 in Kyiv, "threaten the peace that US President Donald Trump is pursuing.

Last night Russia launched the second largest aerial attack of the war with 600 drones and 31 missiles. The targets? Not soldiers and weapons but residential areas in Kyiv—blasting civilian trains, the EU & British mission council offices, and innocent civilians.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the russians also struck a Turkish company and the Azerbaijani embassy.
Earlier it became known that the russian attack damaged the EU mission building in Kyiv, as well as the British Council building. A British Council guard was injured during the russian attack on Kyiv.
British Foreign Secretary David Lammy said that the country summoned the russian ambassador over the russian attack on Kyiv on the night of August 28.
