In Odesa, a residential high-rise building was destroyed as a result of an attack by russian drones, there is now a threat of collapse of the structure. It was reported by the SESU of the Odesa Region.
"A 9-story residential building was destroyed - people living in apartments from the 5th to the 8th floors were left without housing, houses on the 5th and 6th floors of one of the entrances were on fire. There is a threat of collapse of the structures," the SESU stated.
It is also reported that rescuers evacuated 33 residents and rescued 5, who were trapped in their apartments.
Dog handlers worked at the scene of the impact - it is reported that the four-legged rescuers were looking for possible victims.
"The SESU Invincibility Point has been deployed near the house. Psychologists from the SESU and the National Police are working with people. Work is underway to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack," the message says.
Rescuers are also working at other addresses where fires broke out in a private house and a gas station. Preliminarily, 3 people were injured.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the russian federation attacked Odesa with drones: housing, the Pryvoz market, a gas station and architectural monuments are burning.
As a result of the russian strike, part of Sumy was left without electricity, and infrastructure was damaged.
Meanwhile, the russian federation launched a missile strike on Cherkasy, several fires broke out in the city.
