On Monday, July 14, the US President's Special Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg arrived in Kyiv on an official visit. This was reported by the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrii Yermak in his Telegram channel.
"We welcome US President's Special Envoy Keith Kellogg to Ukraine. Defense, strengthening security, weapons, sanctions, protecting our people, strengthening cooperation between Ukraine and the US - many topics for conversation. Russia does not want a ceasefire. Peace through force is the principle of US President Donald Trump and we support this approach," Yermak wrote.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on July 11, Keith Kellogg said that he would arrive in Kyiv on July 14 and stay in the capital for a week.
On July 10, US Special Envoy Keith Kellogg, after meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Rome, said that a ceasefire is now achievable.
Also on July 10, Kellogg said that partners should help Ukraine rebuild by implementing their "Marshall Plan" for it.
And on June 12, Kellogg spoke about how he sees the end of the russian-Ukrainian war, and also expressed a "feeling of confidence" after getting acquainted with the vision of Kyiv and Moscow for ending the war.
