Using people as cannon fodder: UK Foreign Secretary comments on loss of million soldiers by russia

The loss of one million soldiers by the aggressor country russia in the war against Ukraine shows that the russian leadership treats its people as cannon fodder.

The Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom David Lammy stated this on Thursday, June 12.

According to him, current "grim milestone" of one million killed and wounded soldiers of the russian army shows that the russian dictator vladimir putin is using his people as cannon fodder.

"He must stop the killing to allow talks on a just and lasting peace," said Lammy.

Commenting on russia's losses in the war, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that russia failed to achieve any strategic goal.

As a reminder, the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine named the symbolic millionth killed occupier.
