Russian dictator vladimir putin openly questioned the essence of peace talks with Ukraine after accusing the top leadership of Kyiv of ordering terrorist attacks on bridges in russia.

Putin said that any ceasefire is supposedly beneficial for Ukraine, which is being "pumped" with Western weapons.
"The current Kyiv regime does not need peace at all. What is there to talk about? How can we negotiate with those who rely on terror?" said the russian dictator.
In addition, putin said that the Kyiv authorities are "degenerating into a terrorist organization, and its sponsors are becoming accomplices of terrorists."
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on June 4, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that he considers the "memorandum" handed over to Ukraine by russia on June 2 to be an ultimatum, and further such meetings in Istanbul meaningless.
Recall that on June 2, following negotiations with Ukraine, the russians agreed only to an exchange.
