Only prisoner exchange was agreed. Russia refused from ceasefire and meeting of leaders at talks

The aggressor country russia refused to accept a 30-day ceasefire and a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and russian dictator vladimir putin at the talks in Istanbul.

The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov, who heads the Ukrainian delegation at the talks, has stated this. His words are quoted by Ukrinform.

According to him, during the talks the parties discussed three issues. These are a ceasefire, the release of captives and abducted children, as well as the organization of a meeting between Zelenskyy and putin.

"We agreed only on an exchange. We will provide the rest of the details later," Umerov said.
