A few days earlier, russian troops had achieved some success near the village. Currently, Nadiyivka is the last settlement before the so-called "gray zone". Before the full-scale invasion, 325 people lived there.

The distance from Nadiyivka to Pokrovsk is approximately 29 kilometers. Russian troops continue to try to advance towards the city.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on April 26, the Chief of the General Staff of the aggressor country, russia, Valery Gerasimov, announced the alleged "completion" of the operation to "liberate" the Kursk Oblast from Ukrainian military personnel.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the Kremlin regime's statement regarding the alleged complete "liberation" of the Kursk Oblast by russian troops and the end of hostilities in this region contradicts reality.
