Recall that at the end of January 2024, analysts from the American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) stated that the russians began to use chemical weapons more often against the Ukrainian military.

Prior to this, the Center for Research of Captured and Advanced Weapons and Military Equipment reported that in December 2023, the occupiers first used RG-Vo grenades, which contain the banned chloroacetophenone.
