Danilov earns UAH 5,000 per month after dismissal from post of NSDC Secretary

Former Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) Oleksii Danilov earns about UAH 5,000 per month after being dismissed from his post.

This is evidenced by the data of his electronic declaration for 2024, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

For three months of 2024, Danilov declared a salary in the NSDC in the amount of UAH 608,976.

Currently, Danilov does not work in the public sector.

After his dismissal, he indicated that he has income from LLC "KYIV REGIONAL ENERGY SUPPLY COMPANY". He has a contract with the LLC. Payments under the contract with the LLC amounted to UAH 43,924. If you divide this amount of income by 9 months of last year, when he no longer worked in the NSDC, then on average his monthly earnings amounted to UAH 4,800.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, despite Zelenskyy's statement, Danilov did not start working in the "diplomatic direction" for six months. On March 26, 2024, Zelenskyy dismissed Oleksii Danilov from the post of Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and appointed Oleksandr Lytvynenko, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, in his place. On March 26, in an evening video address, Zelenskyy announced that Danilov would be transferred to another direction, but did not specify which one. Oleksii Honcharenko, MP from the European Solidarity faction, reported on March 26 that Danilov was going to become an ambassador, while at that time he predicted that Danilov would go to Norway. On March 29, the information from Honcharenko changed, now according to him, Danilov is going to be an ambassador to Moldova.
