Budanov says that he personally saw russia's strategic plan until 2045

Russian strategic planning provides for an exit from the war in Ukraine by 2026.

This was stated by the head of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov.

"The russian federation actually has strategic planning. I, let's say, personally saw strategic planning documents until 2045. It is clearly written there that if the russian federation does not manage to resolve this conflict by 2026, then in the nearest foreseeable future it will definitely lose the opportunity to become a superpower and even a regional leader," Budanov said.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the head of the Defense Intelligence, Kyrylo Budanov, believes that it is possible to end the war in 2025, because russia has reasons for this.
