North Korea to send soldiers to participate in moscow's "victory parade" — NHK

North Korean servicemen will take part in the so-called "victory parade" to be held on May 9 in moscow.

The Japanese broadcaster NHK has reported this, citing sources.

According to unnamed sources, North Korea will send several dozen servicemen to the parade in moscow.

They added that a North Korean military band will probably also take part in the parade.

It was emphasized that North Korean servicemen will take part in such an event for the first time.

Last Wednesday, January 15, the Minister of Defense of the aggressor country russia, Andrei Belousov, announced that servicemen from 19 countries had been invited to the "victory parade." Ten of them have already allegedly confirmed their participation in the event.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 6, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that almost 4,000 North Korean soldiers were killed or wounded in the war against Ukraine.

Recall, at the end of December 2024, it became known that, despite high losses, North Korea is preparing to send additional forces to the russian federation to participate in the war against Ukraine.

We also wrote that the day before, President Zelenskyy showed the first video of the interrogation of North Korean soldiers who were captured by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation.
