The russian federation is accumulating drones and missiles for strikes on the territory of Ukraine, and the decrease in the number of strikes is not a sign of a shortage of missiles or drones in the aggressor country of the russian federation.
This was written on Telegram on December 30 by the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) at the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine, Andrii Kovalenko.
"You should not look at the decrease in the number - they are accumulating drones, because they have a certain logistical slack as a result of successful strikes on the production and storage sites of components for Shahed, hence the decrease in the number in the air," he noted.
Kovalenko reported that the russians have accumulated many missiles of various types, in particular the Kh-101 and Kalibr, as well as ballistics for strikes.
"As I said, I believe that the enemy does not want the war to end and is doing everything to keep it going," the head of the CCD added.
We will remind you that on Christmas Day, December 25, the aggressor country of russia launched over 70 missiles and 100 drones at Ukraine. Over 50 missiles and a significant part of the drones were shot down.
In the morning, Ukrenergo introduced emergency power outage schedules due to massive missile shelling.
DTEK showed power outage schedules for Kyiv and the region after the massive shelling.
Russian troops also struck DTEK thermal power plants, seriously damaging their equipment. In total, DTEK thermal power plants have been subjected to over 200 attacks since the start of the full-scale war.
