Russian dictator vladimir putin has said that russia will "suggest" Ukrainians leave the danger zone before missile strikes.
Ukrainska Pravda reported this on Thursday, November 21, citing a live broadcast of his speech.
Putin said that before missile strikes, russia will allegedly notify Ukrainians to "leave the danger zone."
"According to Putin, Russia may continue to use the Oreshnik missiles. And in the future, "when choosing, if necessary, objects to be hit on the territory of Ukraine," the Russians will "in advance offer civilians and ask citizens of friendly countries who are in Ukraine to leave dangerous zones," the report says.
At the same time, the russian dictator boasted that there are no means at all to shoot down the Oreshnik missiles that were used to fire on Dnipro, so the russian federation will publicly announce the targets to be hit by them.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 21, putin said that russia had used the Oreshnik ballistic missile to strike Dnipro.
On November 21, the Air Forces reported that the occupiers had launched an intercontinental ballistic missile, an air-launched ballistic missile Kh-47M2 Kinzhal and 7 Kh-101 cruise missiles at Dnipro.
On November 21, the spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Heorhii Tykhyi said that Ukraine is waiting for expert conclusions to determine the exact type of the missile with which the occupiers attacked Dnipro in the morning.
