French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot commented on the decision of russian dictator vladimir putin to expand the conditions for launching a nuclear strike.

According to the French Minister, changes in russia's nuclear doctrine are just "rhetoric".
"We are not intimidated," he said in an interview with the France 2 TV channel.
Recall that on November 19 it became known that putin approved an updated nuclear doctrine, which expands the possibility of using nuclear weapons by russia.
The updated doctrine was published shortly after the US granted Ukraine permission to use long-range missiles on the territory of the russian federation. Among the conditions for using nuclear weapons is the launch of ballistic missiles against the russian federation, such missiles are, for example, ATACMS.
Meanwhile, the russian Defense Ministry stated that the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked an arsenal in the Bryansk Oblast with six ATACMS missiles.
