Thus, the russian Defense Ministry stated that on the night of November 19 at 3:25, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a facility in the Bryansk Oblast with six ballistic missiles. It is alleged that American-made ATACMS missiles were used.
In addition, the aggressor state department claims that 5 missiles were shot down, and the last 6th was damaged. And fragments of the latter allegedly fell "on the technical territory of a military facility in the Bryansk Oblast", which caused a fire.
As a reminder, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially stated that on the night of November 19, the Defense Forces of Ukraine inflicted fire damage on the arsenal of the 1046th logistics center in the area of the city of Karachev, Bryansk Olbast of the russian federation. As of 02:30 that night, 12 secondary explosions and a detonation in the area of the target were recorded.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on November 17, the American newspaper The New York Times stated that US President Joseph Biden had allowed the Ukrainian military to use long-range missiles to strike the territory of the aggressor country of russia.
France and the United Kingdom also gave Ukraine permission to use SCALP/Storm Shadow missiles on the territory of the aggressor country of russia.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy responded to media reports about the US permission for long-range strikes on russian territory, stating that the missiles will speak for themselves.
