The leader of the aggressor country, vladimir putin, approved the updated nuclear doctrine, which expands the possibility of using nuclear weapons by russia.

The corresponding document was published on the state resources of the occupation country, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

The updated doctrine was published shortly after the United States granted Ukraine permission to use long-range missiles on the territory of the russian federation.

According to the document, "aggression against russia and its allies by a non-nuclear country with the support of a nuclear state will be considered a joint attack", according to which "russia may use nuclear weapons in the event of a critical threat to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of itself and Belarus".

As previously reported, Reuters, citing its own sources, reported that Ukraine plans to launch its first long-range missile attacks on the territory of the aggressor country of russia at a great distance in the coming days.

On the night of November 19, a powerful explosion thundered in the city of Karachev, Bryansk Oblast of the russian federation. This happened near a large weapons arsenal. Before that, a missile alert was declared in the area.
