AFU strike arsenal in Karachev, Bryansk Oblast of russia - General Staff

On the night of November 19, the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck an arsenal in Karachev, Bryansk Oblast of the russian federation.

This is stated in a message from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"On the night of November 19, 2024, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, inflicted fire damage on the arsenal of the 1046th logistics center in the area of ​​the city of Karachev, Bryansk Oblast of the russian federation. As of 02:30 this night, 12 secondary explosions and a detonation in the area of ​​the target were recorded," the message says.

The General Staff emphasizes that the destruction of ammunition warehouses for the army of the russian occupiers in order to stop the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine will continue.

The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council, Andrii Kovalenko, reported on the Telegram channel about the strike on the 67th arsenal of the russian Armed Forces in the Bryansk Oblast. According to him, there were artillery ammunition there, including DPRK ammunition for their systems, guided aerial bombs, anti-aircraft missiles and ammunition for MLRS. He also noted that this arsenal had previously been attacked by drones.
