The former head of PrivatBank Oleksandr Dubilet was arrested in absentia in the case of Ihor Kolomoiskyi.
This is stated in court documents, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Liudmyla Shmalchenko, former deputy head of PrivatBank, was also arrested in absentia.
They were arrested in absentia in the case of the oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi for organizing the seizure of UAH 9.2 billion of PrivatBank.
Kolomoiskyi is also under arrest and is in the detention center of the SSU.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, ex-partner Oleksii Martynov filed a criminal complaint with the Economic Security Bureau regarding the actions of Ihor Kolomoiskyi and his partner Hennadii Boholiubov in the area of corporate rights fraud. Another criminal investigation has been launched against Kolomoiskyi. The Shevchenkivskyi District Court of the city of Kyiv granted the request of the prosecutor to change the preventive measure against Ihor Kolomoiskyi from detention to bail in the amount of UAH 1,877,360,000.
The National Anti-Corruption Bureau announced that the former chairman of the board of PrivatBank Oleksandr Dubilet, as well as his ex-deputy Liudmyla Shmalchenko, are wanted in the case of the oligarch Ihor Kolomoiskyi regarding the organization of the acquisition of UAH 9.2 billion of Privatbank.
The NABU and SACPO served Kolomoisky with suspicion in the organization of the scheme to seize UAH 9.2 billion of PrivatBank, in which he involved five more managers of the institution.
