UN Secretary General António Guterres, who accepted the invitation of the russian dictator to attend the BRICS summit, was seen in the arms of the self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko.

The published video shows the moment of the meeting between Guterres and Lukashenko.
After that, the self-proclaimed president of Belarus presented the UN Secretary General with a sculpture of white storks.
We will remind you that in 2020, the Central Election Commission of Belarus announced that Aleksandr Lukashenko won the election, allegedly having received 80% of the vote.
On September 23 of the same year, Lukashenko's inauguration ceremony took place in the Independence Palace. It was held in secrecy and without any public notice.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, seven countries of the European Union refused to recognize Lukashenko's "secret" inauguration. The USA and Canada also joined them.
