The Victory Plan presented by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy does not provide for the liberation of all occupied territories by military means.
Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the President's Office, said this on the air of the Topic with Moseichuk project.
"The President has repeatedly spoken about this - this is not a question of liberating all territories by military means. This is a plan to coerce Russia - it is the creation of conditions when the price for Russia remains too high to continue to remain on a piece of Ukrainian territory," he said.
At the same time, Podoliak emphasized that any "peace formulas" previously proposed by European and American politicians will not work.
"There is no Rasmussen or Kissinger formula. There are no such formulas. And the President said it quite clearly in his speech. Once Russia remained on a piece of Ukrainian territory - that's it, the war is not over with us. It continues - in various formats, and then a hot phase occurs again,” Podoliak is convinced.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Wednesday, October 16, Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan for Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada.
The first point of the plan envisages inviting Ukraine to NATO now.
The second point of the plan is defense, it provides for the irreversible strengthening of Ukrainian defense against the aggressor and the continuation of the operations of the Defense Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the russian federation to prevent buffer zones in Ukraine, the lifting of restrictions on the use of long-range weapons provided by Western partners on the territory of russia, as well as the participation of neighboring European countries in the downing of russian missiles and drones.
