The largest oil producing company Ukrnafta invited 16 tenders for the procurement of gas piston power plants with an expected cost of UAH 1.6 billion.
This is evidenced by data in the ProZorro state procurement system, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, the company plans to buy gas piston power plants with a total capacity of 51.6-62.3 MW.
Assembly, supervision, testing, commissioning and personnel training must be carried out by the tender winner.
Auctions are scheduled for August 26-27.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier Ukrnafta announced tenders for the purchase of gas power plants for UAH 2.56 billion.
Ukrnafta plans to build 1,000 MW of gas generation at a cost of USD 1 billion in 3 years.
Ukraine intends to build 1 GW of flexible gas generation in 2024 and another 4 GW in the coming years.
