As of 06:30 a.m., Sunday, June 2, russia took three ships into the Black Sea, among them one Kalibr missile launcher.
The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on Facebook.
"There are three enemy ships in the Black Sea, one of which is a Kalibr cruise missile carrier; there are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov; in the Mediterranean Sea, there is one enemy ship that is a Kalibr cruise missile carrier with a total salvo of up to 8 missiles," the statement said.
During the day, in the interests of the russian federation, passage through the Kerch Strait was carried out by:
- to the Black Sea – 7 vessels, of which 4 continued their movement in the direction of the Bosphorus Strait;
- to the Sea of Azov - 7 ships, of which 4 were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.
The russian federation continues to violate the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) by disabling automatic identification systems (AIS).
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, after the successful actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Black Sea, russia is moving its Kalibr carrier ships to the Caspian Sea.
But Ukrainian special forces are constantly inventing new methods to defeat the ships of the russian invaders in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
