President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has arrived in Saudi Arabia.
Zelenskyy announced this on his Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Arrived in Saudi Arabia to continue our regular dialogue with His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman al Saud. The number one topic is Formula for Peace," he reported.
Zelenskyy noted that last year in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) a productive meeting was held at the level of advisers on the implementation of the Formula for Peace.
"Now we are close to holding the first Peace Summit and look forward to continuing active support from Saudi Arabia," he said.
Another topic will be the return of prisoners and deported persons.
"The leadership of Saudi Arabia has already contributed to the release of our people. I am sure that this meeting will bring results," the President said.
He added that he will also discuss promising directions of economic cooperation and Saudi Arabia's participation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Zelenskyy hopes that the first Peace Summit will be held in the spring.
