The High Anti-Corruption Court arrested all the property of Serhii Labaziuk, Member of Parliament, who is suspected of bribing the head of the State Agency for the Restoration of Ukraine, Mustafa Nayyem.
This was reported to Ukrainian News Agency by sources in law enforcement agencies.
The decision to arrest property was made by the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The court granted the relevant request of the NACB and SACPO.
All the MP’s property has been arrested.
In particular, these are bank accounts, real estate, cars, cash and corporate rights of enterprises.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, for bribing Kubrakov and Nayyem, MP Labaziuk is facing from 5 to 10 years of imprisonment.
Labaziuk, who is suspected of bribing the head of the State Agency for Reconstruction Mustafa Nayyem and Vice Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov, was released from the pre-trial detention center after paying UAH 40 million as bail.
Labaziuk handed over USD 150,000 in bribes to the head of the State Agency for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, Mustafa Nayyem, and the relevant Vice Prime Minister, Oleksandr Kubrakov, in a Chinese box.
He gave a USD 150,000 bribe for his company's bridge repair contract.
